Despite the extreme winter weather conditions a hardy bunch of local business owners made it through the elements to attend the first ever Fiveways Networking meeting. Held upstairs in the Birdcage Walk on the 2nd February 2009 the meeting was thoroughly enjoyed, and deemded a success by all who attended . Each attendee got to present their business to all other businesses in the room and we hope the scene has now been set for more and more successful meetings resulting in more business for everybody. Paul Caulfield of Caulfield Electrical won the prize draw which was a year of free advertising on this site.

The meeting has the purpose generating more business for local firms. This can work in several may meet another local business who directly need the services you offer; you may speak to someone who knows someone looking for a person to provide a service that you can offer; or over a period of time you may well meet people who you can originate local projects with and work together with.

The whole philosophy is to get people talking to each other...that achieved allsorts of opportunities can arise.
